Why won't my PSN voucher code work in my region?
PSN voucher codes are region-locked and must match the region of your PSN account exactly. A US code will not work on a UK account, and vice versa. Your account region is set permanently when you create your account and cannot be changed. To check your region: Settings → Account Management → Account Information → Country/Region. If your code is for the wrong region, contact the seller for a replacement or refund. Do not use a VPN — it violates PlayStation's Terms of Service.
