1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GhostKeys website located at ghostkeys.eu (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service includes all pages, content, blog articles, video tutorials, the FAQ knowledge base, the community question-and-answer system, user profiles, and any related features. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately. GhostKeys reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
GhostKeys is a gaming content platform that provides blog articles, video tutorials, step-by-step activation guides, and troubleshooting resources for digital game keys across platforms including Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Epic Games Store, Game Pass, EA App, Ubisoft Connect, GOG, and others. The Service also includes a community question-and-answer system where users can submit questions and receive answers from other community members and our support team, as well as a comprehensive FAQ knowledge base. All content on GhostKeys is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Important Disclaimer — Not a Key Reseller
GhostKeys does not sell, distribute, resell, or guarantee the validity of any digital game keys, software licenses, or activation codes. We are strictly a content and support platform. Our blog posts, tutorials, and guides explain how to activate, redeem, and troubleshoot game keys purchased from third-party marketplaces and official stores. GhostKeys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any game key marketplace, game publisher, or platform holder (such as Valve, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, or others) unless explicitly stated. Any issues related to the purchase, validity, or refund of game keys must be directed to the seller or marketplace where the key was obtained.
4. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service — including submitting questions, posting answers, commenting, bookmarking articles, earning XP, viewing your reading history, and managing notification preferences — require you to create an account. You may register using an email address and password or through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. GhostKeys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
5. Community Questions and User-Generated Content
The Service includes a community question-and-answer system where users can submit support questions, post answers, and leave comments. When you submit content through the Service, you agree to the following: your content must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and relevant to gaming, game key activation, or related topics; you retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant GhostKeys a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and index your content within the Service; GhostKeys may remove, edit, or moderate any user-generated content at its sole discretion; questions, answers, and comments may be publicly visible and indexed by search engines; and you must not submit content that contains personal information of others, confidential data, or sensitive credentials such as game keys, passwords, or payment details.
6. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to: post content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or illegal; impersonate any person, entity, or GhostKeys staff; upload malicious software, scripts, or harmful content; submit spam, duplicate questions, or promotional content unrelated to the Service; use the Service for phishing, scamming, or unauthorized commercial purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or the administrative panel; manipulate the voting or helpful/not-helpful feedback systems; post fake answers or deliberately misleading troubleshooting advice; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service. GhostKeys reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
7. Reporting and Moderation
Users may report questions, answers, or comments that violate these terms using the built-in reporting feature. GhostKeys will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or suspending accounts. Abuse of the reporting system (such as filing false reports to harass other users) is itself a violation of these terms. Moderation decisions are made at GhostKeys' sole discretion and are final.
8. XP and Gamification
The Service may include a points and experience (XP) system that rewards users for participation, such as creating questions, posting answers, and other activities. XP and any associated levels or badges are for engagement purposes only and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, game keys, or any other goods or services. GhostKeys reserves the right to modify, reset, or discontinue the XP system at any time without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content created by GhostKeys, including but not limited to blog articles, tutorials, guides, graphics, logos, images, videos, page designs, and software, is the property of GhostKeys and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any GhostKeys content without prior written permission. Game names, platform names, logos, and trademarks mentioned in our content (such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Game Pass, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for informational and reference purposes.
10. Third-Party Links, Platforms, and Content
The Service contains references to and links to third-party websites, gaming platforms, game key marketplaces, YouTube videos, and other external services. GhostKeys is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Our tutorials and guides reference third-party platform interfaces and procedures which may change without notice. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. GhostKeys does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any products, services, or content offered by third parties.
11. Accuracy of Information
GhostKeys strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information in its blog articles, tutorials, FAQ articles, and guides. However, gaming platforms, activation procedures, system requirements, and regional restrictions change frequently. Game key activation guides, troubleshooting steps, and tutorials are provided for informational purposes only. GhostKeys is not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses arising from following instructions on the Service, including but not limited to failed key activations, account restrictions, data loss, or software conflicts. Users follow all guides and instructions at their own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhostKeys and its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, game keys, digital purchases, or other intangible losses, even if GhostKeys has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall GhostKeys' total liability exceed the amount you have paid to GhostKeys, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GhostKeys and its owners, operators, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, your user-generated content, or your violation of any rights of another party.
16. Termination
GhostKeys may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, abusive behavior toward other users or staff, posting harmful or misleading content, or any activity that negatively impacts the Service or its community. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your previously submitted questions, answers, and comments may remain visible on the Service. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

GhostKeys reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
