Can PlayStation Support transfer a redeemed code to a different account?
No. Once a PSN voucher code is redeemed, the content is permanently tied to that account. PlayStation Support cannot transfer games, wallet funds, or subscriptions between accounts — even if the code was redeemed on the wrong account by mistake. If you redeemed a code on the wrong account, your options are to either use that content on the account it was redeemed on, or contact the seller to see if they can provide a replacement code.
