To check your PSN account region, go to Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Profile → Country/Region on your PS5 or PS4. This shows the country your PSN account is registered to. You can also check online by signing into playstation.com, clicking your profile icon, and selecting Account Settings — your region is shown under your account details. Important: your PSN account region cannot be changed after it has been set during account creation. This means PSN wallet codes, voucher codes, and DLC must all match your account region to work.
