If Epic Games Launcher won't open, try these fixes in order: (1) Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), find EpicGamesLauncher under Processes, right-click and select End Task, then reopen the launcher. (2) Right-click the launcher icon and select Run as administrator. (3) Clear the web cache — press Windows+R, type %localappdata%, open EpicGamesLauncher → Saved, and delete the webcache folder. Restart your PC and try again. (4) Repair via Control Panel → Programs → Epic Games Launcher → Repair. (5) Check your antivirus isn't blocking the launcher. (6) As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall from store.epicgames.com/download.
