There are two ways to redeem a code on Epic Games Store. Via the Epic Games Launcher: open the launcher → click your profile icon in the top-right corner → select Redeem Code → enter your code → click Redeem. The game will appear in your Library. Via web browser: go to store.epicgames.com → sign in
