Why won't my PS5 connect to the internet?

PS5 internet connection errors are usually caused by PSN server outages, router issues, weak Wi-Fi signal, or incorrect DNS settings. Fix in order: (1) Check status.playstation.com for outages. (2) Fully restart your PS5 and unplug your router for 60 seconds. (3) Change DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Primary) and 8.8.4.4 (Secondary) in Settings → Network → Set Up Internet Connection → Advanced Settings.
