Why aren't my V-Bucks showing in Fortnite after redeeming?

If your V-Bucks aren't showing after redeeming, first close and reopen Fortnite to refresh your balance. If they still don't appear, check that you redeemed for the correct platform — V-Bucks redeemed for Nintendo Switch will not appear on PlayStation or PC. Also verify that your Epic Games account and platform account are properly linked at epicgames.com/account/connections. For PlayStation and Xbox, make sure you also completed the secondary code redemption step — a 12-character PlayStation Store code or 25-character Microsoft code is generated after confirming on the V-Bucks website and must be redeemed separately. If V-Bucks still don't appear after 30 minutes, contact Epic Games Support.
