There are two ways to redeem a code on Epic Games Store. Via the Epic Games Launcher: open the launcher → click your profile icon in the top-right corner → select Redeem Code → enter your code → click Redeem. The game will appear in your Library. Via web browser: go to store.epicgames.com → sign in → hover over your username in the top-right → click Redeem Code → enter your code → click Redeem. Always make sure you are signed into the correct Epic Games account before redeeming — codes cannot be transferred to a different account after redemption.
