How do I check my Xbox account balance?

Your Xbox balance is stored in your Microsoft account. To check it: On Xbox console: Settings → Account → Payment & billing → Payment options. On web: go to account.microsoft.com/billing/payments and sign in. On Windows PC: Microsoft Store app → profile icon → Payment options. On Xbox app: profile icon → Microsoft Account → Payment options. Balance added via gift cards or direct purchase does not expire.
