To cancel Xbox Game Pass, go to account.microsoft.com/services and sign into your Microsoft account. Find your Game Pass subscription and select Cancel. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. You will keep access to Game Pass until the end of your current billing period — it does not cut off immediately. On Xbox console you can also cancel via Settings → Account → Subscriptions → Game Pass → Cancel. Important: cancelling Game Pass means you will lose access to all Game Pass games that you haven't purchased separately. Any game progress and saves are kept, so if you resubscribe later you can continue where you left off. If you activated Game Pass using a prepaid code, your subscription will simply end when the code period expires — no automatic renewal unless you added a payment method.
