How do I redeem a PSN code?

On PS5: Go to PlayStation Store → press the three dots (...) in the top-right corner → select Redeem Code → enter your 12-character code → select Redeem. On PS4: Go to PlayStation Store → scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar → select Redeem Codes → enter your code → Continue → Confirm. On the web: Go to store.playstation.com → sign in → click your profile icon → select Redeem Code. On the PlayStation App: Open the app → tap the store icon → scroll down → tap Redeem Code. Always copy-paste your code instead of typing it manually to avoid errors.
