Generally, PSN wallet funds cannot be refunded once they have been added to your account. Sony's refund policy states that wallet top-ups made directly through the PlayStation Store using a card or PayPal are non-refundable once the funds have been used to make a purchase. However, if you added funds by mistake and have not spent them yet, you may be able to request a refund by contacting PlayStation Support directly — refunds in this case are at Sony's discretion. PSN wallet codes (voucher codes) are non-refundable once redeemed — the funds are permanently added to the account that redeemed the code and cannot be transferred or reversed. For game and DLC purchases made using wallet funds, PlayStation allows refunds on eligible purchases within 14 days of purchase as long as the content has not been downloaded or streamed. To request a refund on a game purchase go to playstation.com/support/store/ps-store-refund-request.
