No. Nintendo's policy is that they cannot replace or reactivate codes that have already been redeemed, even if the redemption was fraudulent or done in error. Nintendo Support can confirm when and where a code was used, but cannot issue a replacement. If you received a used code, contact the retailer or seller with your proof of purchase and request a replacement or refund from them.
