How to Check PlayStation Wallet Balance (PS5, PS4, App & Web) — 2026 Guide

Not sure how much credit is left in your PSN wallet? Here's how to check your balance on every platform — PS5, PS4, web browser, and the PlayStation App on your phone.
PS5 — Check Wallet Balance
Check your PSN balance on PS5
- Go to the PlayStation Store from the PS5 home screen and press the triangle button or click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.
- Select … (More). Your wallet balance is displayed on the right side of your profile icon at the top of the menu.
- You can also check via: Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payment and Subscriptions → Add Funds. Your current balance is displayed at the top of that screen.
PS4 — Check Wallet Balance
Check your PSN balance on PS4
- Go to Settings → Account Management → Account Information.
- Select Wallet and sign in if prompted.
- Select Add Funds. Your current wallet balance is displayed in the top-right corner of that screen.
Web Browser — Check Wallet Balance
To check your PSN wallet balance from any web browser:
- Go to store.playstation.com and sign in
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Payment Management
- Your wallet balance is displayed at the top of the screen
PlayStation App — Check Wallet Balance
To check your balance from the PlayStation App on iOS or Android:
- Open the PlayStation App and sign in
- Tap the PlayStation Store icon at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner
- Select Payment Methods
- Your wallet balance is displayed at the top of the screen
