I have a VPN and am trying to redeem my code, my reigon is matching too but it gives an "Incorrect Reigon" Error

I bought a game pass ultimate key from CJ'S CD KEYS that was in the reigon of India. Usually I do this due to the cheaper pricing of the keys. This time around was a lot different, I now have the "Incorrect Reigon" Error pop up whenever I use my VPN to try and redeem the code. I changed my account location to match this and it still did not work. I am unsure what to do
